About Separators

The liquid/liquid separators use coalescing media and remove free-floating hydrocarbons down to 10 parts per million. The special media packs are designed to capture even small oil droplets and allow them to form larger droplets, before they float to the top of the unit and are skimmed off. The separators will also remove solids and provide a cleaned effluent that can be discharged or recycled.

The liquid/solid separators use centrifugal force to remove heavy, settable solids from process fluids. Our separators can remove solids as fine as 10 micron. A centrifugal separator offers the simplest solution for removing solids from your process lines. No bags, cartridges or other manually-cleaned media, just the consistent removal of solids. These units can handle high solids loads and still operate with a relatively low pressure drop.
